Gallery: Class Assembly by RR

Our Friday Class Assembly was based on ‘Growing.’  It was fantastic to see how much the children in RR have grown and developed themselves over the last year. They certainly showed how they have grown into a confident group of children, happily standing on stage speaking and reading out their work.

The assembly showed how much they have enjoyed their topic on growing through videos of their trip to the garden centre, to growing their beans, and relating their theme to stories such as ‘Jack and the Bean Stalk.’ Their painted giant was a close runner up in size to

Miss Spain! The finale of the show was to share their art work with the audience which was fantastic. The songs performed were confidently sung and entertained the audience.

Well done to Ms Rice and the support staff for such an accomplished performance! Thank you to Mrs Turl for her support with the songs.

Parents appreciated it too:

I feel that the assembly was fantastic as they all remembered their lines and actions

A great assembly, the children were all confident and excited about the play – very nice

All good – well done!

I enjoyed the assembly and believe the children did a fantastic job
