30 hours free childcare

Written on: Wednesday 15 March 2017

The government plans to introduce 30 hours of free childcare for eligible families from September 2017. The existing offer of 15 hours of free childcare for all 3 & 4 year old children will continue under the universal offer.

We are consulting parents as to whether they would be interested (and eligible) for these extra hours.

If your child is currently in Nursery and will not be moving up to Reception in September or if you have filled in a green Nursery application you should have received a letter containing a very short survey. if not, you can download the survay below.

Please return these to the office as soon as possible – we must have them in by this Thursday 16.3.17.

If you have a child who will be 3 years old on or before 31.8.17 and have not yet applied for a Nursery place please come along to the school office.

Your answers will help determine how we arrange the Nursery hours in September
