A Fabulous festive family concert!

Christmas Concert -- Dec2024

 On the last day of term, Thursday 19th December, South Grove staff, children and parents/carers were in a very festive mood!   And, oh my goodness, Ms Forbes certainly pulled out all the stops for her first festive concert with huge success!  She ensured that the content of the concert would put everyone in a very good festive and holiday mood by the end and brought out some amazing performances by the children!

It was as always a lovely community atmosphere, with lots of seasonal songs that everyone could join in with including our very appreciative audience.

The choir supported us all and guitars and ukuleles accompanied with great renditions of our most popular carols whilst wearing very cool sunglasses. Well done to all those children! The Choir did a brilliant job in supporting us all with our Makaton signs for the songs and Year 4 entertained us with a fantastic hand jive.  A particular highlight of the concert had to be Year 6’s amazing light show to music – just WOW!

Of course the concert could not be completed without the South Grove staff sharing their talents with their very unique South Grove version of 'The Twelve Days of Christmas.'  So much talent...
