Year 3 Create Family Trees

 For their homework project, the children made family trees to learn more about what makes a community. As they worked, they explored how their families connect to others and how those connections create a sense of belonging. Tracing their roots and mapping out relatives helped them see the different ways people come together and support each other. It also got them thinking about how families, no matter how different, play an important role in building a strong and caring community.
